$400 Million SEC Filing Links Dominion, UBS, and China

NTD News Today, Penny Zhou, Dec 5, 2020

Attorney Lin Wood claimed on December 1st that Communist China purchased Dominion Voting for $400 million dollars. Wood published a link to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, showing Dominion Voting Systems’ parent company receiving $400 million dollars from a Swiss bank subsidiary.

The transaction itself does not directly show what the attorney alleges it to be. However, it does show ties between the voting software company and the Chinese regime.

The transaction happened less than a month before the election.

According to a press release, the party that received the money, Staple Street Capital, acquired Dominion Voting Systems in 2018.

The acquirer calls itself a New York-based, middle-market private equity firm.

The party that paid the money is UBS Securities LLC, a subsidiary of Swiss investment bank UBS.

But UBS is not necessarily the eventual buyer in the transaction.

As an investment firm, it could have just served as a middleman, selling partnership interests of State Street Capital to UBS clients or holding it on behalf of clients through its prime broker.

So how is this related to the Chinese Communist Party?

In another Twitter post, Lin Wood claims the Chinese regime to be the majority shareholder of the middleman UBS securities.

Through state entities, China does own much stock of UBS’s Beijing-based subsidiary. But the subsidiary’s name is UBS Securities Co. Ltd, whereas the entity sending money to Dominion is UBS Securities LLC, which is based in New York.

The New York subsidiary is a private firm so its shareholders’ information is not open to the public.

However, a closer look into the New York subsidiary shows that among four of its board members, who are appointed by shareholders, three appear to be Chinese.

One of them is Ye Xiang, a Chinese national who also served as a board member of Beijing’s based UBS subsidiary.

The person worked at the Chinese regime’s central bank, the state-owned Bank of China, as well as the Hong Kong government’s financial regulatory agencies.

UBS is the first foreign bank that’s allowed to have a fully-licensed securities joint venture in China’s very restricted financial market.

This facilitator of the deal is Chinese vice premier Wang Qishan, who is deemed the most finance-savvy Communist official. He was the mayor of Beijing in 2006 when he met with UBS’s then-chairman Marcel Ospel.

According to Chinese company profiling website Qixin, after the 2020 election, the Beijing UBS’s went through a major leadership turnover on November the 30th.

One day before Lin Wood’s tweet about UBS, 12 out of its 15 board of directors quit including Ye Xiang, the New York UBS board member mentioned earlier.

Another who just quit the board is Cheng Yixun. The former CEO of UBS’s Beijing-based subsidiary and an expert hired in the Chinese Communist Party’s “Thousand Talents Program.”

The U.S. senate deems the program a threat to U.S. national security.

According to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, UBS is among the major western banks that played a key role as middlemen in helping Chinese Communist officials set up trusts and companies at offshore centers usually associated with hidden wealth.

The SEC filing shows only two transactions related to Dominion’s parent company. Both are from UBS’s New York subsidiary. Other than the 400 million dollar transaction in October. Dominion received 200 million dollars from UBS in 2014.

In a previous voter fraud lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell, a former military intelligence official claims in an affidavit that Chinese operatives had access to ‘Dominion Voting Systems’ in several key states.

      Behind the Socialists’ Hidden Agenda

      Dec. 6, 2020 (

There is a saying that you can’t judge a book by its cover. But people often forget this. One example is the socialist movement in the U.S.: behind the promises of freedom and progressivism are the legalization of marijuana, mixed-gender restrooms, and other programs that carry both moral and societal costs.

      Drug Abuse and Chaos

The democratic candidate Biden is known to embrace decriminalizing cannabis possession, but the consequences are serious. “California, for instance, has had medical marijuana since 1996, yet the number of opioid deaths continues to rise,” wrote Ken Finn, the editor of Cannabis in Medicine, in the December 2020 issue of Emergency Medicine News. “Colorado has had medical marijuana for nearly 20 years… in 2019, it had a record number of opioid deaths, and preliminary 2020 data are pointing to yet another record year in drug deaths.”

Similar trends were also observed in other places. Data show that states with medical marijuana have a 23% increase in opioid overdose deaths, according to research published in the June 2019 issue of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

On October 2, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) seized 2,224 pounds of methamphetamine in California during an investigation of a drug-trafficking organization. DEA Acting Administrator Timothy J. Shea said the drugs were enough to provide a dose of meth for every man, woman, and child in the United States and Mexico. He said drug use is always correlated with increases in violence, robbery, and murder.

Another example is Proposition 47, a law that classifies nonviolent offenses such as drug and property offenses as misdemeanors instead of felonies. Referred to as the “Safe Neighborhoods and School Act” by advocates to successfully convince voters to pass the law in November 2014, its effect was opposite to what was expected, as seen in increased crime rates such as shoplifting and auto break-in thefts.

After the law was enacted, crime rates in Los Angeles went from decreasing to increasing. In 2015, a spokesman for George Gascón, District Attorney of San Francisco, said the law “has made it easier for drug offenders to avoid mandated treatment programs.”

A similar outcome was observed in San Diego, where Proposition 47 was exploited to commit crimes. The police chief of San Diego described Proposition 47 as “a virtual get-out-of-jail-free card,” reported the Washington Post in October 2015. In one instance, a criminal brought a calculator into a store to steal less than $950 worth of goods and then walked away. (Theft involving amounts of less than $950 would be charged as misdemeanors instead of felonies under the new law.)

Drug addicts, who are often homeless, need money for a fix so they walk into a store, steal merchandise, sell it for half the value and use the money to buy more drugs, said Del Seymour, founder of the non-profit Code Tenderloin, of the situation he had observed.

      Harm to Society

Drug abuse is just one example among many. Once moral values are undermined and social order is disrupted, the consequences are devastating.

“The Sun never shined on a cause of greater worth,” wrote Thomas Paine, one of America’s founding fathers. This country was established on faith and has played a critical role in safeguarding traditional values and countering communism. That is why it was blessed with wealth and prosperity.

In the past few decades, however, communist ideology has gradually infiltrated the West, including the U.S. Although there has been no bloodshed like the October Revolution in the Soviet Union, the ideology has pushed American society toward a big government, including in the New Deal in the 1930s and the War on Poverty in the 1960s.

After Nixon visited China during the Cultural Revolution in 1972, the U.S.–and Western society in general–began to support communist China, hoping a wealthier China would lead to a healthier political environment. By ignoring the Chinese regime’s continued human rights violations, including the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989 and the persecution of Falun Gong that began in 1999, the Western nations welcomed China into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and enabled it to become the second-largest economy in the world.

Taking advantage of the West’s freedom and rich soil of democracy, however, the communists wasted no time propagating its core culture of violence, deceit, and hatred globally, including in the United Nations and the World Health Organization (WHO).

As the coronavirus broke out in late 2019, the communist regime in China–now strong and dominant–censored information domestically and misled the public overseas, including the WHO. No country, including the United States, was able to resist such a catastrophe.

When Trump entered the scene, he began to counter communism and restore traditional values. He took steps to curb drug abuse, tighten enforcement of immigration laws, and advocated that people needed to work and earn their share of wealth. That is why he was heavily targeted by news media and officials who have taken up communist ideology over the past decades.

During the October 22 presidential debate, Biden said if he were to become president, he would “send to the United States Congress a pathway to citizenship for over 11 million undocumented people” within 100 days. Furthermore, he supports open borders, no deportations, sanctuary cities, and other similar initiatives.

      The Real Story of Communism

Growing up in South Vietnam, Buck Soggs knew communism is different from what its propaganda had claimed. “Communism [in Vietnam] advocated voter suppression, using the media to tell lies or to manipulate you, telling you what the North Vietnamese did in history. They controlled the newspapers and all the other media; they turned around and tried to get everybody to support them, when everything they said turned out to be all lies,” Soggs said.

He said voting fraud in the U.S. general election reminded him of his experience of communism in Vietnam. “I see it happening here; we see it,” he continued, “Our Vietnamese community treasures what the U.S. stands for. We lost our country to communism, so we all recognize what communism looks like, and we won’t go for that,” Soggs said, adding he supports President Donald Trump and what he stands for.

Laura Lozano Zuniga from Austin, Texas, concurred. She said nationalizing industries is socialism. Mexico, where she came from, was on its way to socialism in the 1940s. Free health care sounded good in theory but deteriorated quality in reality. Very soon, doctors and lawyers went to drive taxis because they made more money that way.

Zuniga said it was no surprise for Trump to win many minority votes this year because socialism only leads to communism. Zuniga said she supports Trump for opposing socialism and communism.

Paul Cropper, a neighbor of Biden’s living in Delaware, said he knew Biden and his family from childhood. He said Biden is dishonest and that many members of Biden’s church supported Trump. Cropper said Trump is one of the greatest presidents since George Washington for his efforts to safeguard principles, increase employment opportunities, and handle the pandemic. Were Biden to become the next president, he said all these would be gone and America would become a socialist society in which government controls issues like medical insurance while suppressing people’s freedom of speech.

“I am already 68 and I don’t know how many years I will live,” he said, “But I do not want to see America gone like this.”

This Election Puts Corruption of the Media on Full Display

      Commentary by James Bowman
      December 6, 2020; Updated December 7, 2020

If any good comes out of this seriously compromised election, it may lie in the perfect illustration it affords of the corruption of the media—which, unlike the corruption of the political establishment to which it is related, is unambiguous and out in the open for all to see.

Every single story about fraud allegations by President Donald Trump or anyone else, at least every one I have seen, has been qualified in the media by the application of some such adjective as “baseless” or “unfounded” or simply “false”—this from the very moment of their first being made.

These quasi-Homeric epithets applied to each repetition of the president’s claims has continued for weeks during which a rational person might have expected the media to be engaged in demonstrating the baselessness and falsity of such claims, rather than simply and repeatedly asserting it.

Having established, as they suppose, by the precedent of their supposed “fact-checkers,” the right to pronounce on the truth or falsity of the president’s utterances as he makes them—and then having transmitted, by a kind of apostolic succession, the same right to the various social media platforms that now censor him—the media can presumably see nothing untoward about treating as fact anything that fits their “narrative,” or treating as false anything that doesn’t.

It’s an enviable position to be in, this of the ultimate and thus presumptively infallible arbiter of truth and falsehood, but the media simply assume it as their right. That they should do so is of course not surprising. That so many good liberals should concede that right to them without so much as a peep of protest—and even join in the abuse of anyone advocating suspension of judgment and investigation into the claims of fraud—is rather surprising.

      ‘Conspiracy Theory’

Here’s an interesting headline from the Dec. 2 Washington Post: “25 former D.C. Bar presidents: Lawyers should not be complicit in Trump’s attack on democracy.” In other words, members of the Bar who may defend murderers, rapists and fraudsters without injury to their reputation are now to be deemed less than respectable members of their profession for so much as giving the allegations of electoral corruption hearing.

Such allegations are said by the D.C. Bar presidents to be undermining democracy by doing so, but they can hardly fail to understand that the real undermining of democracy lies in their own refusal to take seriously such a serious allegation.

For the millions of people who voted for the president, the most persuasive evidence of massive fraud in the election is likely to be the parade of such categorical assurances that there is no evidence of it.

Everyone knows that there is lots of evidence. It may all be false or fabricated or inconclusive, but there is no way of knowing this without the careful examination that so many in the legal profession, urged on by the media and the Democrats, are apparently unwilling to give it.

Large numbers of Americans are bound to wonder why they would do such a thing, or rather not do it, unless they knew the election was stolen and thought that stonewalling in the face of the evidence was the only way to make sure it stays stolen.

Meanwhile, the media, instead of arguing the evidence of fraud, routinely refer to it as a “conspiracy theory” and argue by analogy with McCarthyism or the post-World War I German theory, so influential in the rise of Nazism, of the “stab in the back.”

In the latter case, the analogy also offers an opportunity to connect Trump with Nazis. The reasoning is that, if such “conspiracy theories” were wrong or misconceived, then so must be the election fraud one.

Of course, the media could also have mentioned the false conspiracy theory about Russian “collusion” after the last election that they themselves spent years peddling, but there may be good reasons for them to forget about that one.

None of these examples can tell us anything about election fraud in 2020. However many conspiracy theories may be shown to be untrue, that doesn’t make any new allegation of conspiracy untrue—unless you make the plainly unwarranted assumption that there can never be a true conspiracy.

      Public Trust

Instead of such bad-faith efforts to refute the allegations of fraud unheard, why wouldn’t the Democrats themselves take the lead in seeking to dispel the widespread suspicion on the part of the public that the system is rigged by supporting a thorough investigation of the allegations and suspending the certification of the result until it was complete? Isn’t this the only way for trust in the integrity of the electoral system to be preserved? And isn’t such trust vital for democracy to succeed?

I’m afraid we must conclude that neither democracy nor the public’s trust in it are high priorities for the Democrats, who appear to have decided that such things are less important than their No. 1 goal during four long years of getting rid of Trump by any means necessary.

They can’t but know that stigmatizing the believers in the fraud narrative, who now amount to a significant portion of the population and a majority of Trump supporters, is the surest way to confirm them in their belief that the election was rigged and that, therefore, all future elections are likely to be rigged as well.

Many such people will be asking themselves two decisive questions: Does anyone doubt, given the Democrats’ numerous apologias for lawless “resistance” during the Trump years—from “sanctuary cities” to Black Lives Matter and Antifa—and the abundant evidence of their virulent hatred for Trump that they would have stolen the election if they could?

And does anyone doubt that they could, at least in such one-party jurisdictions as Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Atlanta—the only major cities, it seems, where Biden is supposed, by the official count, to have run ahead of Hillary Clinton in 2016?

Such evidence wouldn’t stand up in court, of course, but the absence of the serious investigation that it would seem to warrant will appear conclusive to millions of Americans. The social and political price in making our divisions and the mistrust they engender permanent is one that the media and the Democrats are obviously willing to pay.

Overwhelming Evidence of Outcome-Altering Voting Irregularities

        Commentary by Patrick Basham
        December 8, 2020

Voter fraud has a long history in American elections. Since the nation’s independence, there have been 1,302 proven cases resulting in 1,125 criminal convictions. This year’s election will add to those tallies.

There’s overwhelming evidence that outcome-altering irregularities occurred on and around Election Day. The Trump legal team has already submitted over 800 sworn eyewitness statements across five states.

Affidavits, whistleblower accounts, witnesses, expert testimony, video and photographic evidence, statistical anomalies, and mathematical analyses continue to provide respective state and federal courts with innumerable demonstrations of mismanaged ballots, voting machine shenanigans, due process transgressions, Equal Protection violations, and actual fraud. The malfeasance is cataloged at the site,, and by journalist Sharyl Attkisson.

The following sections highlight recently documented nefariousness in five pivotal states.

A witness at the Arizona state legislative hearing testified to trucks of ballots arriving to be counted for 10 days after the election. Her supervisors gave no answer as to why the ballots kept arriving.

A data expert testified Arizona’s voting statistic abnormalities can only be recreated by manually adjusting the values of each candidate. Furthermore, expert witness Bobby Piton testified that he personally wouldn’t have certified Arizona’s election based on the mathematical abnormalities and impossibilities before him.

In a paper published Dec. 4 by the non-partisan Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project, data experts estimate that 300,000 potentially fraudulent ballots influenced the outcome, including more than 200,000 illegal ballots that were counted and about 75,000 legal votes that were not counted.

At the Georgia State Senate Oversight Committee’s Dec. 3 hearing, legislators were presented with over 100 sworn affidavits, as witnesses, including local election officials, testified to potential fraud and irregularities, while statistical experts critiqued the implausible results.

The election department sent home the ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, at 10:30 p.m. on Election Day. The supervisor told Republican poll watchers to leave because counting was done.

Yet, surveillance tape shows four election workers subsequently pulling ballots out of cases hidden underneath a table. Between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. the counting of tens of thousands of ballots continued without Republican poll watchers present. A massive vote spike for Biden was recorded at 1:34 a.m..

The Trump legal team established that 2,056 felons voted illegally; 66,248 underage teenagers voted; 2,423 voted that weren’t registered to vote; 1,043 illegally voted using a PO Box; 4,926 voted past the legal registration date; 10,315 who died before the election; 395 cast ballots in two states, which is illegal in both states; 15,700 filed changes of address to move out of state prior to Election Day; and 40,279 moved to a different county and failed to re-register to vote in the new one.

In a state Biden leads by only 12,670 votes, the Amistad Project puts the number of illegal votes counted and legal votes not counted at more than 200,000. Hence, the Trump campaign’s Dec. 4 lawsuit detailing thousands of voting irregularities and fraud.

At the Dec. 2 Michigan State Senate Oversight Committee hearing, three witnesses, including a Dominion Voting Systems employee, attested that on Nov. 4 at 4:30 a.m. a truck arrived at the rear of the polling station basement with 100,000 ballots in garbage cans. A staffing company employee contracted by Dominion testified that batches of ballots were scanned eight to 10 times. One witness was told to backdate ballots with phony dates.

According to one expert’s sworn affidavit, in the Michigan precincts of Kent, Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne there were 289,866 more ballots processed than humanly possible, given the time and equipment on hand. The Amistad Project’s experts identified more than 500,000 potentially fraudulent ballots state-wide. Biden’s lead is 154,188 votes.

In Nevada, Biden’s lead is only 33,596 votes. Evidence submitted to a Dec. 3 court hearing documented the following: 4,000 non-citizens voted; 8,000 ballots cast by voters with addresses that are physically non-existent; 15,000 votes cast by those registered at vacant or commercial property addresses; 42,000 Nevadans voted twice; 1,500 dead people voted; and 20,000 voters had out-of-state addresses.

According to the Election Integrity Project, 2,410 Nevada voters registered to vote in California but voted unlawfully in Nevada. Over 140,000 illegal aliens were registered to vote and sent ballots using a DMV loophole where illegals who apply for licenses are automatically signed up to vote.

On to Pennsylvania, where Jesse Morgan, a truck driver for a subcontractor with the U.S. Postal Service, signed a sworn affidavit that he drove 288,000 completed ballots from Long Island, New York, across state lines to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Morgan says the trailer he was driving subsequently disappeared overnight from its parked location.

Based upon witnesses and expert analyses, the Trump legal team contends that on election night 848,977 votes were entered secretly with no observation. The Amistad Project found over 100,000 potentially fraudulent ballots; Biden leads Trump by 81,660 votes.

Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe

The 57-nation Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is the preeminent election observation body. The OSCE assesses whether elections are characterized by confidence, transparency, and accountability, among other vital features.

By this standard, America’s election was a failure. Americans aren’t confident in the outcome; half the electorate thinks it was stolen from Trump. Election officials and politicians from both parties are steadfastly preventing a transparent accounting of the balloting through, for example, signature verification of mail-in ballots.

According to the OSCE, “absentee, early, or postal voting … need to be regulated carefully in order to ensure secrecy of the vote and thus full confidence in the process.” Clearly, that didn’t happen. Every voter will pay a lasting price for such negligence, as only genuinely democratic elections form the basis for legitimate government.

Beijing Manipulated Wall Street to Steer US Policy, Until Trump Became President: Chinese Professor

By Cathy He and Ling Yun
          December 8, 2020

The Chinese communist regime exerted influence over the United States for decades through its “old friends” in Wall Street, but this scheme was disrupted by President Donald Trump’s election in 2016, a Chinese professor recently revealed at a seminar.

Over the past 30 to 40 years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) “took advantage of the core power circle in the United States,” said Di Dongsheng, associate dean of the School of International Studies at the Renmin University of China in Beijing, in a speech given at an event in Shanghai, live-streamed on Chinese online video-sharing platform Guan Video on Nov. 28. The clip has since gone viral, and the original video has been deleted.

Di was referring to Wall Street, a sector that started exerting “a very strong influence on U.S. domestic and foreign affairs in the 1970s.”

“So we figured out our path and those we could depend on,” he said.

But from 2008, Wall Street’s influence declined as the financial crisis hit, Di said.

“More importantly, starting in 2016, Wall Street had no influence on Trump,” he said, citing disputes the former businessman had with Wall Street financiers.

However, with a potential Joe Biden administration, Beijing may once again rely on its powerful U.S. backers, the professor said.

“The traditional elites, political elites, and the establishment have a very close relationship with Wall Street,” Di said.

He then referred to allegations that Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has extensive ties with the Chinese regime and other foreign governments through investments and business dealings.

In October, Tony Bobulinski, Hunter’s former business partner, revealed that the younger Biden in early 2017 asked him to execute a deal with the now-bankrupt Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy Company.

Bobulinski served as CEO of SinoHawk LLC, a business entity created to formalize the Biden–CEFC investment partnership with the Chinese company. SinoHawk was supposed to have been initially funded with $10 million, which would then grow into billions in investment funds, Bobulinski said at the time. Then-chairman of CEFC Ye Jianming had deep ties with high-level CCP officials.

Di said: “Who helped him [Hunter] build the funds? You understand? There are transactions involved.”

          The Disrupter

In 2016, then-candidate Trump campaigned on a tough-on-China platform, focusing on the regime’s unfair trade practices that have cost thousands of American manufacturing jobs. As president, Trump in 2018 launched a trade war, slapping billions worth of tariffs on a range of Chinese imports.

In reference to the trade war, Di asked, “So why are we having trouble with Trump, when we were able to handle all kinds of problems between China and the United States from 1992 to 2016?”

He said that previously, “all crises” between China and the United States, such as the U.S. bombing of the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade in 1999, were able to be resolved “within two months.”

The reason for this is that Beijing had “people in high places [in the United States],” Di said.

Wall Street had tried to help the Chinese regime during the U.S.–China trade war, Di added.

“As far as I know, friends from the U.S. told me that they tried to help, but they were too weak,” he said.

          Friends in High Places

Di shared a story to prove his point.

Prior to Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s visit to the United States in 2015, all levels of the CCP had to help “warm up” and “build momentum” for the high-profile event, he said. One such warmup was to create positive public opinion about the Chinese regime. A book release event was organized for the publication of the first English-language edition of “Xi Jinping on State Administration”—a book containing Xi’s speeches on political ideology.

Di said he was assigned to find a venue for the event.

The location was set at a popular independent bookstore on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, D.C.

However, due to the short notice, the bookstore was unable to arrange the time slot. Di claimed the bookstore’s manager was a former reporter based in Asia and he was unwilling to accommodate Di’s request due to his “biases” toward the CCP.

But eventually, Di said, Chinese officials managed to hold the press conference at the bookstore because the store owner was pressured by an elderly Jewish woman who had some clout on Wall Street.

The woman was the chairman of the Asia division of a top financial institution on Wall Street, according to Di. She had Chinese citizenship and a Beijing-registered permanent residence.

A Chinese state media report praised the event afterward: “On Sep. 17, 2015, the bookstore hosted Chinese Ambassador to the United States, Cui Tiankai, and a senior Chinese government official for a discussion about Xi’s book on governing China.”

          Wall Street’s China Ties

Following the trade war, many American industrial sectors began to shy away from Chinese investments, but Wall Street has deepened its business ties after Beijing’s moves to open up the financial sector.

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro, in an October Interview with The Epoch Times, described Wall Street as “writ large a sociopath,” in response to a question about Wall Street’s continued ramp-up of investments in China.

“They have no morals or patriotism. It’s all about the money,” Navarro said.

Meanwhile, global stock index providers have come under increasing scrutiny over their inclusion of Chinese stocks—with some Chinese firms being tied to the regime’s military or having aided its human rights abuses. Because many investment and pension funds track these indices, it means that Americans are unwittingly financing the CCP’s malign ambitions, U.S. officials have warned.

In November, Trump issued an executive order barring U.S. investments in Chinese companies deemed by the Pentagon to be “owned or controlled by” the Chinese military, to block the flow of American capital to fund the CCP’s military goals. The ban is to take effect in early January 2021. U.S. investors have until November 2021 to divest their securities.

In response, index provider FTSE Russell announced on Dec. 4 that it would drop shares of eight Chinese companies that were on the Pentagon list. These companies’ shares will be removed from its FTSE Global Equity Index Series and several others effective Dec. 21.

During the 2020 presidential election cycle, Wall Street contributed more than $70 million to Democratic Party candidate Joe Biden’s political campaign, much more than Trump received from hedge funds and investment banks, according to CNBC. That’s also more than former President Barack Obama collected from Wall Street in his two presidential runs combined.

Since Democrats raised a substantial amount of money from the sector, “that means to me they’re making deals,” Trump told reporters on Nov. 3 at his campaign headquarters in Virginia.

“What I didn’t do is call up Wall Street and say, send me $25 million … to the head of every firm. I could have done that. I would have been the all-time king of fundraising if I did that. But once you do that, you can no longer deal properly with them. You just can’t,” he said.

              Stand Up!
We Can’t Afford to Lose to Communism Again

              Dec. 10, 2020 | By Shi An (

The U.S. general election has reached a critical moment. Sidney Powell, a prominent lawyer who is investigating massive fraud in the general election, said at a “Stop the Steal” rally in Alpharetta, Georgia on December 2, “We will not allow ourselves to continue to be influenced by flat out communism, socialism, any of the dark forces that have come to impose their will on so many of us… Now is the time for every patriot to stand up.”

We Simply Cannot Let the Tragedy of Communism Happen Again

Powell’s speech was inspiring, and the crowd cheered many times, chanting “Thank you!” over and over again. Americans know that it has come to a historical moment, a fight for the truth. If we fail this time, communism will not only destroy the United States, but also the world.

The year 2020 to the U.S. is similar to the year 1949 for China – a watershed year in Chinese history. After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) seized power, it destroyed the divinely imparted culture of China, poisoned generation after generation with violence and lies, and caused the unnatural deaths of 80 million people over numerous political movements. Including the former Soviet Union and Cambodia, communist regimes around the world are responsible for hundreds of millions of unnatural deaths. We simply cannot let it happen again!

“We Don’t Want Chinese Style Communism”

People from China, Vietnam, Cuba, Poland, Hungary and other communist countries mostly support Trump. Many of them believe that communism is a lie and they don’t want Chinese style communism in the U.S.

Michigan voter Brian Szuch told NTDTV at a rally against election fraud: “I come from a Hungarian background, and I remember my grandmother sitting in front of the television just crying her eyes out and they were showing the Russian tanks coming into Hungary to put down the rebellion and that image has always stuck with me. I’ve got no use for socialists, Marxists, or communists.”

Vietnamese American Lam Nguyen said, “If this land becomes communist, where am I going to go now? This is my second homeland. [It] is right here in the U.S. When I left Vietnam, … Vietnamese communist took over. That’s why I left Vietnam for one word — freedom. I’m seeing right now they try to take the freedom away, [turn] this land to become communist. I am going to fight even if I have to die.”

Ms. Nguyen, a Vietnamese film producer who has supported President Trump for many years, said she has followed Trump everywhere and she has gone to Trump rallies in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Minnesota, and Arizona. She saw a lot people supporting him. “All Vietnamese live here, like million, everyone [is] upset. Because we don’t want socialism, we don’t want communism like China.”

At a “Stop the Steal” rally in Harrisburg, the capital of Pennsylvania, Rod Cameron, a Trump supporter, said, “There cannot be [co-existence of] socialism, communism, freedom, and democracy. It’s impossible. One has to take the other. So that’s where we are right now. This is really a fight, a fight for freedom and freedom has to win.”

Ms. Tan, a mother of three children, said that when she came to the United States, she only had a box of books and a box of clothes. Despite being a minority, she was able to achieve the American dream with American scholarships and her own hard work. It’s time for her to give back to America. She saw that European countries had been ruined by the trend of left-wing socialism, and she is worried that the United States would follow the same path.

“Can we agree with this fraud? This is a question of life and death! This [stealing the election] is awakening our Chinese-Americans. That is, we must stand up and guard our homeland [from communism] and protect our next generation!”

She believes that the strength of the United States lies not in material wealth, but in traditional values and conservative Christian belief.

“We want to tell the world that even in New York City, the home base of the liberal Democratic Party in the United States, there is still a group of people who have the sense of righteousness and goodness and who can shoulder responsibilities, that are supporting Trump, conservative and traditional values, and they are speaking out for the future of America!”

              Democratic Party Corrupted by Communism

From the disintegration of the communist regimes in Eastern Europe to the collapse of the powerful Soviet Communist Party, to President Trump’s efforts to curb the CCP, the calls and actions to eradicate communism around the world have never ceased. But the American socialists are taking advantage of people’s dissatisfaction with the disparity between rich and poor and their pursuit of the so-called individual liberation to promote the communist ideology. To confuse people, Democratic senator and former presidential candidate Bernie Sanders once claimed that his socialism is “not the same thing” as the failed socialism of Venezuela and Cuba.

Zhang Jun, president of the Guangdong Panyu Hometown Association, who has been in the United States for more than 30 years, scoffed at the idea: “How do they know what the core values of socialism are, if they have never experienced what it is like to be hungry, and are eating steak every day? It is these rogue doctrines of deception that are deceiving people and harming the country. How does he know the pain of having no grains when it’s time to cook? Socialism is to hand over the wealth you create to a few communist leaders for re-distribution. Don’t be fooled by the career politicians.”

Cai Kefeng, former president of the Overseas Chinese Writers Association, said when he came to the U.S 40 years ago, Reagan was running for president. When he heard the saying that “the Democratic Party thinks of the poor and the Republican Party thinks of the rich,” he immediately associated it with the phrase “the Communist Party works for the happiness of the people.”

“How strange, it is too similar to what the CCP used to claim,” he said. “Because I had already been deceived by the Communist Party once in China, I was immediately skeptical of it (the Democratic Party). Now we see that Americans are engaging in self-deception and failing to see the essence of socialism.”

Cai spent many years writing a book to document how three generations scaled the Chinese “Berlin Wall” and escaped to Hong Kong. He said that the leftist policies imposed by the CCP and the decade-long cultural revolution left people living in poverty and misery. That’s why so many people in Guangdong Province escaped to Hong Kong and Macau, despite the danger that they may lose their lives for doing so. They were voting with their feet.

Don’t Let This Be “The Last Election”

While President Trump’s legal team is still filing lawsuits against election fraud, Biden couldn’t wait to declare himself the winner and announced his cabinet picks. Not only were Biden’s appointees found to have close ties to the Chinese Communist Party, but his chosen spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, was seen in a photo wearing a hat with a Communist sickle and ax sign. And she has been slammed by netizens as a Communist.

Psaki was a spokesperson for the State Department during the Obama administration. The above-mentioned photo, taken in January 2014, was with the Russian ambassador and the Russian spokeswoman.

Website writer Gabriella Hoffman tweeted on December 2, “You wore a hat emblazoned with a hate symbol and smiled for pictures with Russian dignitaries while working for the administration that gave the Kremlin more flexibility. The hammer & sickle represents horror for many of us with family that survived/died under Soviet communism.”

Virginia Kruta, associated editor of The Daily Caller, a conservative media outlet in the United States, also tweeted: “What context makes wearing communist symbolism in a photo — while representing the US — acceptable?”

Such open endorsement of communism is no surprise among American elites. These communist elements are destroying American beliefs, values and families. Americans are now standing up to defend these traditions.

Musician Dave Bray stated, “I think this country right here is the last bastion of hope for freedom on this planet. If this election is allowed to be stolen, it will be the last election in American history. The voice of the American people and freedom of the American people will be gone forever.”

Americans are making their voices heard, with flags and chants of support for Trump outside every hearing about the election fraud. Others rode more than 30 hours to Washington, DC, to join the motorcycle team’s rally for Trump.

In order to find out the truth, a Wisconsin voter paid $25,000 to download the state’s election data, which was free and open to the public in past elections. But this year in Wisconsin, where serious fraud has been reported, the supposedly free information would cost $25,000 for a citizen to get. And this voter paid for all the data and provided it to the public for free download.

The voice of justice echoes over America. At the hearing in front of the Arizona State Legislature on November 30, witness Bobby Piton, a mathematician, said that based on his analysis, “I would have never certified” the election results in some battleground states. “I’d rather resign than certify those results. I believe they’re fraudulent … assuming that the data that I got is accurate.”

A twenty-year-old truck driver said that this was his first election, and he didn’t want it to be the last election in his life, so he decided to come forward to testify.

On Thanksgiving Day, netizen “Giraffe” posted, “I started reading the indictment filed in Georgia tonight after eating turkey. Attorney Powell’s team is really amazing at gathering and compiling so much evidence in such a short amount of time. I will continue to donate money to her team as well.”

Others praised Powell: “She risked bankruptcy, losing her reputation, and even her life by pointing out the ties between the voting machine companies, Soros and the communist government, how they colluded with corrupt election officials to help Biden steal the White House. Those are felonies. If the charges were overturned, her career would be over. If they sue her for defamation, she could also lose her assets and her license to practice law… What she faces is a huge media machine that suppresses the truth. She is not only a lawyer, but a great patriot! Support her!!!”

After the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania hearing on November 25, the truth about the fraud was shocking and many people posted their comments.

Aare K said, “It’s shameful to be an American if Trump doesn’t win!”

Hongmin Fan said: “The Battle of Gettysburg was a strategic turning point in the American Civil War, and it could not be more relevant today.”

Netizen xiaoyu zhang stated: “The Gettysburg, Pennsylvania hearing will serve as a testament to history and be recorded in history. The power is in the hands of the people.”

Others said, “Trump will make America great again!”

              “Justice will prevail!”

“Trump gave up his comfortable billionaire’s life for his country. His name will be recorded in history forever. Biden betrayed America by seeking illicit billionaire wealth. He will go down in infamy.”

“The Democratic Party now resembles the Communist Party during the civil war in China. It does everything it can to cause trouble, uses every dirty trick in the book to gain personal and political advantage.”

Some netizens expressed their aspirations to “support Trump and eliminate the Communist Party.”

Dongjian Han said: “To hand the U.S. over to Biden is equivalent to handing Taiwan over to the CCP. Hong Kong’s present will be Taiwan’s future.”

Jiangang Wu said: “I am in China and I support Trump and the Republican Party. I yearn for freedom and democracy in the United States, and I hope the sky in China can light up earlier!”

Another netizen said: “Trump sanctions the CCP and speaks what the Chinese citizens dare not say.”

At this historical moment in the battle between good and evil, everyone should stand up for themselves, for the next generation, and for the future of the country. We cannot lose this opportunity to determine the future, and we can no longer let communism poison the world, because it has already caused so many tragedies in the world. We have paid a heavy price – the unnatural deaths of hundreds of millions of people, and we cannot allow this tragedy to happen again.

Eigteen States Support Texas’ Lawsuit Against Four Battleground States for Unconstitutional Election Rule Changes

                Dec. 11, 2020
                By Minghui correspondents Xia Chunqing

Texas filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Supreme Court on December 7, requesting to overturn the election results in four swing states, including Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. On December 9, 17 states led by Missouri filed an amicus brief and joined Texas’ efforts to postpone the electors’ nomination.

An amicus brief is a brief filed by an amicus curiae, who is “one (such as a professional person or organization) that is not a party to a particular litigation but that is permitted by the court to advise it in respect to some matter of law that directly affects the case in question,” according to Merriam-Webster.

Arizona filed a separate amicus brief on the same day, making it 18 states in total to support the lawsuit from Texas.

President Donald Trump also filed a motion on December 9 to challenge the election results from Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

“We will be INTERVENING in the Texas (plus many other states) case. This is the big one. Our Country needs a victory!” he wrote in a tweet in early December 9.

In the motion he filed, Trump said our nation had not been so divided since the election in 1860. Citing a poll from Rasmussen, he said 47% of the population (including75% Republicans and 30% Democrats) think the election has likely or very likely been stolen.

The amicus brief filed by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt was supported by the attorneys general in 16 states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisianan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.

Texas’ lawsuit accused the four swing states of violating the U.S. Constitution, which stipulates that only legislatures can set rules on electors’ appointment and elections. The four battleground states’ changing rules by court and state executive decisions not only violated the Constitution and legal rights of residents, but also jeopardized the election’s integrity and led to severe fraudulence.

“Election integrity is central to our republic. And I will defend it at every turn. As I have in other cases – I will help lead the effort in support of Texas’ #SCOTUS filing today,” Schmitt wrote in a Tweet on December 8, “Missouri is in the fight.”

After filing the amicus brief on the following day, Schmitt explained it in a statement on the Missouri Attorney General’s website. “There are three main arguments in the brief. First, the separation of powers provision of the Constitution’s Elector’s Clause is a structural check on government that safeguards liberty. Second, stripping away safeguards of voting by mail can create risks of voter fraud. And, finally, the defendant states abolished critical safeguards against fraud in voting by mail,” he wrote.

“When non-legislative actors in other States encroach on the authority of the ‘Legislature thereof’ in that State to administer a Presidential election, they threaten the liberty, not just of their own citizens, but of every citizen of the United States who casts a lawful ballot in that election—including the citizens of amici States,” wrote the brief.

“The Bill of Complaint alleges that non-legislative actors in each Defendant State unconstitutionally abolished or diluted statutory safeguards against fraud enacted by their state Legislatures, in violation of the Presidential Electors Clause,” the brief explained.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a separate brief also on December 9. “‘Every voter’ in a federal election ‘has a right under the Constitution to have his [or her] vote fairly counted, without its being distorted by fraudulently cast votes…’ Given this paramount importance, the State of Arizona, through its Attorney General, vigilantly fights to ensure election integrity, including for the 2020 election,” he wrote in the filing.

Sidney Powell: Fake Ballots from China Continue to Arrive in the U.S.

                      Dec. 12, 2020
By Li Yanba, a Minghui correspondent

Attorney Sidney Powell confirmed that she has collected evidence of fake ballots that were printed in China. In an interview with Sean Lin of NTD on December 3, 2020, Powell said she has evidence that counterfeit ballots were still arriving from China and Mexico. Lin Wood, who was also interviewed by Lin, confirmed the existence of fake ballots, as well.

Powell said that she has videos of ballots being transported across the U.S.-Mexico border. “We have evidence of a significant planeload of ballots coming in, and we have a witness that has said that they continue to come in because they intend to run counterfeit ballots in any runoffs or if they need them in recounts, too. So it hasn’t stopped.”

Chinese Whistleblower Posts Video to Back Up the Claim

Vinness A. Ollervides, a political activist, posted on Twitter that five million fake ballots for Mississippi, Florida and North Carolina were printed in a factory in China. In a video posted by Ollervides, two Chinese men, one with a Cantonese accent, were heard talking about how to make fake U.S. ballots.

Ollervides also posted pictures of the alleged counterfeit factory with text: “The printing plant in Guangdong, China, cooperated with the printing of false ballots, which were mailed to Canada and Mexico with medical supplies between August and October 2020 and flowed into the United States.”

Ollervides tweeted about the printing plant in China

Ollervides said his conscience and belief in God led him to fish for information that would “expose China’s interference in the U.S. election.” And he promised to provide more information. Ollervides also claimed that many of counterfeit driver’s licenses and IDs that were seized by the authorities across the U.S. are related to the election. He quoted a report from Voice of America that, as of August 10, 2020, U.S. authorities had intercepted 54,718 fake IDs.

“Since every blank ballot must be matched with a personal identity to vote, some people forged ballots and some people made fake IDs. Obviously the client behind these counterfeits wants to change the votes locally and intervene with the U.S. election,” Ollervides said.

On November 23, CredereMedia of Taiwan quoted a person familiar with the matter as saying that there is an underground factory in Guangdong province of China that specializes in counterfeiting documents. And it has been producing 500,000 blank U.S. ballots per month since July.

The person said that the templates of these fake ballots were provided by the “previous customer,” but the factory could not recreate the metal patterns and anti-counterfeiting designs of the real ballots. Also these fake ballots could not be shipped directly to the U.S., and they had to be shipped to Canada, Mexico, and other places before entering the U.S.

Ollervides is a descendant of Manchu Plain Yellow Banner, one of the upper banners with prominent social status during the Qing dynasty. His grandfather was a high-ranking official of the Central Security Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party and his father was an influential financial executive who was later investigated and imprisoned by the CCP. Ollervides feared being implicated and settled in Japan after moving from one country to another.

Now a father himself, Ollervides said he wanted his daughter to live in a better world. The election fraud made him realize that the CCP’s tentacles have extended to the U.S. and other parts of the world, which compelled him to expose the CCP’s influence in the election.

The Democrats Are the Party of China

                          Roger L. Simon
                          December 11, 2020

The Democrats are the party of China, meaning the Chinese Communist Party, not the Chinese people, who seem to be of little interest to them.

That disinterest includes not just millions of Uyghurs, Tibetans, and Falun Gong practitioners, well known to have faced various forms of extreme malevolence from concentration camps to forced organ transplants, but just about any citizen of the country who evinces a public inclination for democracy.

The Democrats have been the party of this China for some time, even before the Obama administration when the relationship rose to a new level.

The endless talk of Trump-Russia collusion that began at the end of that administration and went on for three years, that anybody paying attention knew was fallacious from the start, was as an attempt to derail Donald Trump but also served as an ongoing and, at least partly, deliberate distraction from the real issue at the crux of global politics.

That issue is, of course, the Chinese communist’s desire for world domination, far more threatening than the relatively weak, impecunious, and shrinking (in population) Russia.

                          Intimate Connection

Many of us have known or suspected the intimate Democrat-China connection for a long time. Joe Biden all but spelled it out early in the campaign when he informed us “folks” that China “was not the enemy,” before he had to walk it back for appearance’s sake.

Not that that was of much moment to Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) who had a Chinese agent as her chauffeur for twenty years and whose husband Richard Blum made a fortune in the People’s Republic. (Former president Jiang Zemin was their Thanksgiving guest.)

Nor would it have disturbed Michael Bloomberg (D-N.Y., sometimes) who made even more of a fortune, a spectacular one, in fact, from his cooperation and kind words about the Chinese totalitarian regime that allowed him to distribute his real-time stock trading “Bloomberg Boards” throughout the most populous country in the world.

But these famous people are likely just the “tip of the iceberg,” in the words Richard Grenell used on “Hannity” Wednesday to describe the latest Democrat-China scandal.

Rep. Eric Swallwell, Democratic congressman from California’s 15th district, was implicated in a Chinese “honey pot”-style spy situation with one Fang Fang, known locally as Christine Fang, an agent of China’s Ministry of State Security (MSS).

Swallwell’s district, as the congressman brags on his own website, has more PhD’s than any other district in the United States, underscoring what William F. Buckley said years ago about preferring to be governed by the first 2,000 people in the Boston phone book than by the Harvard professorate.

Mr. Swallwell—who never seemed to have met a television camera he didn’t like and is married with two young children—ran for president earlier in 2019 to little avail. He now seems destined for oblivion—we can hope.

But what of the rest of the “iceberg” to which Grenell refers? The FBI, after the presidential election, of course, more of that in a bit, has isolated other Chinese “honey trap” targets among California officials. Apparently the young ladies made the very liberal, tech heavy Bay Area a territory of special interest.

Grenell, who, it will be remembered, was recently acting Director of National Intelligence and therefore had access to a great deal of confidential information, had considerably more to say.

“Eric Swalwell did exactly what the Chinese wanted,” he told Sean Hannity Wednesday. “We need to figure out, are there others? And I can tell you without giving away too much intelligence, this is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the leverage that China is putting on our politicians. There are many, many more,” adding, “There’s a variety of mayors, governors, senior people.”

                          The Money

All of this about clandestine sex?

To some degree, apparently, but there’s something likely more attractive in the long run or, as H.L. Mencken put it, “When somebody says it’s not about the money, it’s about the money.”

The Chinese have plenty of it and are willing to use it, knowing full well that everyone, well, nearly everyone, has his or her price, even renowned chemistry professors commuting to the Wuhan Institute of Technology, speaking of Harvard.

And speaking of money, we now have the revelation, as if we needed it, again coming after the election, that Hunter and Jim Biden, son and brother of the man the media has dubbed the president-elect, have long been under investigation for tax fraud and money laundering for money paid by the Chinese.

In essence, the Chinese Communist Party is attempting to buy, indeed has bought, a good part of the United States and the rest of the world by any means necessary.

Recently, I was told, they made a $1bn offer for the port of Genoa, Italy, allegedly because that city is where the new internet cable hub for Europe is being constructed that will control all communications for that continent.

So where have the FBI and the Central Intelligence Agency been in all this?

Why have they been so tardy in dribbling out the information, holding as much as they can until after the election, as noted. (We can add the recent revelations about Seth Rich, though not specifically about China, into the tawdry mix of crucial information revealed years late, clearly deliberately.)

It is my best guess that significant parts of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have long ago thrown in their lot with China. Whether consciously or unconsciously is hard to say.

Nevertheless, many of them must assume that the Chinese way is the way the world is going and, in some cases, don’t even object, even assist.

In all cases, they, like so many, want to profit by the new order.

Freedom and human rights are so 1776.

                          John Locke? Who’s he?

Having visited communist countries on several occasions—China at the end of the Gang of Four era (1979), the Soviet Union twice, before and during glasnost, and Cuba—the first thing I noticed, beyond the obvious that you were spied upon everywhere you went, was that communism beat capitalism by a country mile when it came to separating, and keeping separate, the haves from the have-nots.

As Mencken said, “it’s about the money.”

The Chinese have recognized American greed and are exploiting it for their own advantage across the corporate, educational, and media worlds, and the Democratic Party.

They are aided in this by American management consultants like McKinsey & Company.

Some Republicans too are involved. What are the RINOs and NeverTrumpers if not willing hostages to the same system, playing along to get along (and get rich)?

This is what has made the election of 2020 the most important ever.

If Joe Biden is inaugurated Jan. 20, we will surely, but maybe not so slowly, become a fiefdom of Communist China.

Editorial: At This Critical Time, President Trump Should Take Action

                            The Epoch Times Editorial Board
                            December 14, 2020

The 2020 presidential election is unlike any before and requires unprecedented measures to protect it, our republic, and our future.

The degree and scale of voter fraud was unprecedented. In swing states, President Donald Trump had large leads on election night. Then, late at night counting was stopped, while election observers were ushered out. And then, huge, statistically impossible vote dumps occurred, giving Joe Biden the lead.

This pattern, which occurred only in the states where Biden had to reverse the results, and hadn’t occurred in previous elections, points to a coordinated effort to steal the election.

This effort likely involved manipulation of the vote by Dominion Voting Systems. According to a forensic audit of its machines and software in Michigan, ”the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

In addition, various forms of ballot harvesting and election irregularities are attested to in a thousand affidavits.

There are reports—needing confirmation—of foreign influence helping to undermine our election.

President Trump has referred to our election system as being under “coordinated assault and siege.”

As a consequence, our form of government is at risk. If an election can be won through such dishonest means as were used in 2020, then one can expect the next election will be won in the same manner. The American people will lose their right to vote.

If there was a coordinated effort to steal the election, those actions amount to subversion.

In addition, if the United States in effect has one-party rule, then legal changes may fundamentally alter our system.

The Democrats have spoken of ending the Electoral College, assuring that the predominantly Democratic big cities will elect the president; and packing the Supreme Court, to ensure that Democratic-appointed judges have the majority.

But as serious as these threats to our republic are, they don’t get to the heart of what is at stake.

At its root, the current danger is not about whether Biden or Trump wins. It is not about the Democratic or Republican parties.

The United States is facing an evil force that wants to destroy our country and in fact destroy all good things in humanity.

This election is the climax of the battle between freedom and communism, between good and evil.

With the fall of communist regimes in the Soviet Union and eastern Europe, people in the United States and around the world relaxed, thinking the communist threat had ended. But communism has never slept. Globalization strengthened it and weakened the United States.

Good and evil cannot compromise. They are like fire and ice. Giving in to evil only encourages it. A victory for communism in this election would result in a defeat for freedom everywhere. Humanity would be plunged into a long, dark night.

On Dec. 5 in Georgia, Trump said of those who want to steal the election, “These people want to go further than socialism, they want to go into a communistic form of government, and I have no doubt about it.”

How will the United States be defended? Local officials are often those most complicit in the corruption of the election. Judges, because of the doctrine of separation of powers, are often reluctant to tell states how to run their elections. The U.S. Congress has no role unless the Electoral College fails to deliver a winner.

Trump’s destiny is to fill the breach. He has taken an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution, and he has the presidential powers to do so.

Trump should use those powers as President to safeguard the future of our Republic and arrest those who have conspired to deprive people of their rights through election fraud. The Insurrection Act enables Trump to use the military to seize the key electoral evidence in contested states and deliver a transparent, accurate accounting of the vote.

Our system is in crisis. Trump would act to restore the rule of law.

Through opening the books, honesty can defeat fraud. The wishes of the majority of the people will be realized, and the victory sought by communism defeated.
