I would love to grab the opportunity that the busy holiday brings to us by earning more income but I don't know how to start. Any suggestion would be nice.

I suggest looking into seasonal work. There are a lot of companies that request extra workers to come on for the season so they do not have to overwork their normal employees. Check places like Fedex and UPS. You can also consider freelance work online or using one of your skills to bring in extra dough!

Some people also shop using services that pay them a percent cash back. While technically that's not earning money, you do get a little back from purchases you were already going to make. I don't know anything about this though. I've just read about it online. I'd say buyer beware if you want to try to do this. Read as much about it as possible before doing it.

I wanted to bump this thread for anyone in need of money this holiday season.
One of the best things you can do is start shopping and saving early on. Do this in August. If you end up needing extra money for the holiday season, it is far easier to find part-time work in the summer vs the winter. You can take up basic yard care tasks for your neighbors, offer a dog walking service, and plenty of other things.
I have a friend who walks dogs for a living in New York. She makes over $4,000 a month. She made a business of it and does it all her self on a strict schedule. $20 a dog walk per day, usually 10 dogs a day, and she does it 5 days a week.
