  • What are some healthy foods people should be eating more of?

    I always hear eating more fruit and vegetables but no one ever gets specific with it.

    What is the healthiest of them in terms of nutritional value? I would imagine the "healthiest" being those that offer the most vitamins and minerals per weight/size/value.

    Anything green pretty much.

    Kale
    Lettuce
    Broccoli
    Avocado
    Asparagus

    Then of course plenty of fish, meat, fruit and other veggies. "Superfoods" won't do much alone, you need a balanced diet.
